Consultancy is a catch-all expression. PMC's approach has evolved over 20 years and has been developed to counter limitations in either organisational Process or Culture.

On our assignments we observe repeating behavioural patterns which are often very unproductive. The cycles themselves may not at first seem harmful but once embedded can slow or even prevent an organisation from moving forward, thus acting as a block to progress. Our niche is that we intervene to support meaningful change at Organisational, Team and Individual levels.
