The Myers Briggs Type Indicator is a simple twenty-minute questionnaire
that provides a logical framework for understanding peoples' behaviour.
It can build self-awareness and help to appreciate the value of others
thus promoting effective working relationships.

Feedback from the QO2 profile allows individuals to understand how
they apportion their energy between Seeing Opportunities and Seeing
Obstacles. It has been used to great success in change programmes
