  • Strategic Alignment

    This is a tool we use as part of business or strategy planning. It is an instrument developed from MBTI by the Centre for Corporate Strategy in Australia. Whilst it can be a diagnostic instrument PMC has demonstrated it use within Saatchi and Saatchi to stimulate new thinking.

  • Building Customer Relations

    Recent programmes within both Saatchi and Hewlett Packard have
    been aimed at developing skills to improve communication and build relationships. Instruments such as MBTI and TMS facilitate the process by improving the team's understanding of customer motivation.

  • Team Performance Profile

    The Team Performance Profile Questionnaire is completed by the team members and those with whom the teams interact - other teams, colleagues, superiors, clients and customers, giving a unique '360 degree' view of where the team strengths and weaknesses lie.
