  PMC continues to work with organisations on the integration of their processes with their management systems - often to achieve ISO9001 accreditation and always as part of continual improvement. A particular recent success has been with the Royal Navy's Integrated Project Teams at Abbey Wood.

  At PMC we encourage a pragmatic approach to the model. In partnership with the Wales Quality Centre we are able to offer accreditation programmes to train internal assessors who will drive your change programme forward.
